Gather at Berry House
A historic Orlando estate available for select private gatherings, celebrations, and productions.
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date and does not guarantee approval. Every inquiry is reviewed by an administrator.
The Setting
Berry House is a 1923 Colonial Revival residence on mature grounds beside the water. It remains a private home, and it is offered for a limited number of events.
- Historic 1923 Colonial Revival estate
- The residence and its grounds have been kept in a residential character rather than converted into a commercial venue.
- Mature grounds
- Established oaks and planting give the property shade, depth and a sense of enclosure.
- Lawn and outdoor areas
- Open lawn and adjoining outdoor areas make up the primary event footprint.
- Lake setting
- The lawn runs down toward the lake, which sets the light and the outlook through the afternoon and evening.
- Pool terrace
- A terrace surrounds the pool and spa. Any use of the pool or spa itself requires separate written approval.
- Patio
- A sheltered patio adjoins the terrace and works well for seated or standing gatherings.
- Main residence — separately requested add-on
- Interior access to the main house is never included automatically. It may be requested, and it is reviewed on its own.
- Guest apartment — separately requested overnight add-on
- The private guest apartment may be requested for overnight accommodation, subject to separate availability and approval.

Spaces are combined to suit the event rather than sold as fixed rooms. What is available to a given event depends on the review.
Selected outdoor areas
A defined portion of the grounds for smaller gatherings.
Expanded outdoor areas
A wider outdoor footprint for larger seated or standing events.
Full outdoor property
The complete outdoor grounds, used for the largest approved events.
Pool terrace and patio
Terrace and patio areas. Use of the pool or spa requires separate written approval.
Lawn and lakefront setting
The open lawn running toward the water.
Main house
Separate add-on by approval. Never included automatically.
Guest apartment
Separate overnight add-on by approval, subject to availability.
Main-house kitchen
Separate catering add-on by approval, reviewed on its own.
Capacity varies based on event type, layout, requested spaces, vendors, and production requirements.

The online inquiry is where every event begins. It is free, and it reserves nothing.
Berry House reviews the details
An administrator reviews the event type, date, scale and requirements.
Additional information may be requested
Larger or more complex events usually need vendor, layout and logistics detail before anything can be assessed.
Preliminarily qualified events may be invited to discuss pricing or tour the property
Tours are offered only after preliminary qualification, never before.
Approval occurs only after terms and written agreements are complete
Nothing is confirmed until both parties have agreed to terms and the appropriate written agreement is completed.
Inquiries are free. No date is held and no payment is taken when an inquiry is submitted.
