Checkout is 11:00am. There is no long list — leave the apartment roughly as you found it and we will take care of the rest.
Before you go
Leave used towels in the bathroom
Gather bath towels into the tub or on the bathroom floor so our housekeeper knows what to collect. Beds can be left as they are — please do not strip them.
Take trash down to the cans under the stairs
The green can is household waste and the blue one is recycling. Both live under the exterior stairs, just off the patio.
Switch off lights and set the thermostat
Turn off lamps and fans, and leave the thermostat at 78°F in summer or 68°F in winter so the apartment stays healthy between stays.
Close the door firmly behind you
Pull the guest door shut and check it has caught. The lock engages on its own — there is no key to return and nothing to leave behind.
Timing and late departures
Checkout is 11:00am. If your flight is late in the day, ask us — when there is no same-day arrival we can often hold the room a few hours at no charge.
Left something behind?
Message us as soon as you notice. We keep found items for thirty days and are happy to post them on at cost.
