Getting Here
Where do I park when I arrive?
In front of the garage door closest to the street — that space is yours for the stay. Additional cars go on the street without blocking driveways.

Press down the red button on top of the latch, lift the latch, and pull the gate gently toward you. It takes two hands; there is a short video on the check-in page.

Check-in is from 3 PM and checkout is at 11 AM. If your travel makes either awkward, message us — we can often help when there is no same-day arrival.
How do I get into the apartment?
There is a keypad beside the guest door. Your entry details arrive privately in your arrival message — we never publish them on this site.
House Information
Are there quiet hours?
Yes — 10 PM to 8 AM. Evenings on the patio are very welcome; we just ask that music and voices stay low once the neighborhood settles.

Well-mannered dogs and cats are welcome — a dog of our own lives here. Tell us when you book, keep pets leashed in shared areas, and use the outdoor shower for muddy paws.

Yes, in the pool bathroom off the patio. It is available on request for a small charge — message us and we will set it up.

Yes. The kitchen has cookware, dishes, glassware and cutlery stocked for the number of guests on the booking, so you can cook a real meal. If something is missing, message us and we will bring it up.

How do I use the spa?
The spa is booked by the session so it is hot when you arrive at it — it needs 20 to 40 minutes to heat. Session lengths and fees are on the Pool & Spa page.

On a set summer schedule each day, with longer sessions on request. Feet-first, seated, one at a time, and always with an adult watching.

On the wire shelf in the pool bathroom. Please keep them outdoors and return used ones to the apartment's linen basket.

Yes — kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, floats, bicycles and yard games are on the property to borrow. Please return them where you found them.

Technology
How do I join the Wi-Fi?
Choose the guest network in your Wi-Fi settings and accept the terms on the welcome page that opens. The network name and password come in your arrival message.

The Nest thermostat by the door wakes as you approach. Rotate the outer ring to change the target, press the face for the menu. Most guests settle between 72° and 75° on cool.

A complimentary Level 2 charger sits on the side of the garage. An adapter for non-Tesla vehicles is available in the garage on request.

Checkout
What do I need to do before I leave?
Leave used towels in the bathroom, take trash to the cans under the stairs, set the thermostat as noted, switch off lights and fans, and pull the door shut behind you.

Where is the nearest grocery store?
Publix and Trader Joe's are both a short drive away; the local guide lists the ones we use.
