Laundry
There is a washer and dryer on the property, a few steps from the apartment — useful on longer stays and after days on the water.
Where it is
The washer and dryer are in the pool bathroom off the patio, at the foot of the guest stairs. You pass the door on your way in and out.
Arranging access
Laundry is available on request rather than by default, and there is a small charge for it. Send us a message when you would like to use it and we will confirm and stock what you need.
We keep it that way so the machines are never in use when you walk down with an armful of towels.
Towels
Bath towels for the apartment are in the bathroom. Pool towels are separate — they live on the wire shelf in the pool bathroom and belong outdoors.
Used pool towels come back to the apartment's dirty linen basket rather than the terrace furniture, and at the end of your stay everything can be left in that basket.
Laundry notes
Two things worth knowing before you load a machine:
- Lake- and pool-soaked items rinse under the outdoor shower first; sand and chlorine are hard on the drum.
- The dryer sits in a warm room, so a heavy load may want a second cycle — plan it for the afternoon rather than the last hour before dinner.
