Wi-Fi & Technology
The house runs on a guest network that covers the apartment, the patio and most of the pool terrace.
Getting online
Open your device's Wi-Fi settings and choose the Berry House guest network. A short welcome page opens on its own; accept the terms and you are connected.
Your network name and password arrive privately in your arrival message. We keep them off this page on purpose.
What to expect
The connection is comfortable for video calls, streaming and a household of devices at once. Signal is strongest indoors and on the guest deck, and softens at the far end of the lawn.
If a device will not connect
Almost everything is solved by one of these, in order:
- Forget the network on your device, then join it again so the welcome page reappears.
- Turn Wi-Fi off and on — phones sometimes hold on to an old session.
- Smart TVs and consoles occasionally need the welcome page accepted from a phone first.
